Fires in a below grade areas create a multitude of dangers for responding firefighters many of which have been directly linked to multiple firefighter fatalities and injuries. Using information generated from recent UL and NIST studies, in-depth reviews of the hazards associated with these incidents and an analysis of the development and implementation of cutting-edge strategic and tactical action plans this program will convey to the attendees the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to address these unique and dangerous incidents in a safe and effective manner.
