Here are some answers to frequently asked questions regarding account creation and registration for courses:
- I created an account, but I haven’t yet received a confirmation email. What do I do? The account confirmation process can take 24- 48 hours. In the meantime, please continue to check your email, including spam/junk files. Your account will be confirmed if you have used a valid DFS ID number. If you still haven’t seen an email after 48 hours, please try to login and register. If, at that point you are receiving a message regarding account confirmation, please email email@example.com.
- I thought I registered for a class, but now I’m seeing a message that says “Unable to join” what does that mean? This message means that the class is in the future and the Zoom link associated with it is not able to open because it is not yet time for the class to begin. Please follow the instructions in the brochure to confirm online that you are now registered for the classes you enrolled in. See the brochure, page 6 for instructions on this process.
- How do I withdraw/unenroll from a class? You are now able to login and withdraw/unenroll from classes directly from your account. Please see the brochure, page 5 for instructions on this process.
