Recent court decisions require employers to have a workplace harassment policy and train supervisors and managers on how to respond to complaints, as well as offering this training to all employees. This recently updated course offers common sense approaches to recognizing and responding to complaints of harassing or discriminating behavior. In addition to workplace issues, the emerging problem of social media posts versus First Amendment Rights is also discussed with proactive recommendations offered.
